No. But we designed it for men over 40 because that's when recovery slows down, venous efficiency declines, and the gap between training effort and recovery widens. If you train hard and want to recover smarter, the gear works regardless of age.

Yes. Every ENDURE product is designed for 12+ hours of continuous wear. The Recovery Tight works under suits, on flights, and during sleep. The Recovery Short disappears under work clothes. The Calf Sleeve fits inside any shoe.

Compression garments lose 15–20% of their pressure profile after 90–120 wears (roughly 3–6 months of regular use). When the fabric feels noticeably looser than when you bought it, it's time for a fresh set. We'll send you a reminder.
